8 MONTHS ON, 3 HELD IN BLIND MURDER CASE
MOHALI: The Punjab Bureau of Investigation, Mohali, cracked the blind murder of a labourer with the arrest of three suspects. Victim Shyam Singh of Amb Sahib Colony was found in an unconscious state in Sector 65 in October last year and died in hospital. The accused have been identified as Gaj Ram, Satvir and Mahavir Singh, all from UP, who have confessed to the crime. Their motive: Grabbing ₹60,000 that the victim had won while gambling on Diwali.
