MOHALI: Girish Dayalan, district electoral officer-cum-deputy commissioner, said residents who are 18-years-old or above can log on to www.nvsp.in to enrol as voter, shift vote, modify voter card or get their name struck off the electoral roll. He added that residents can also contact the booth-level officers or the electoral registration officers-cum-SDM to fill up forms. HTC
