Joe Hart has been on the bench for four of Manchester City’s five games this season with reserve keeper Willy Caballero chosen in his place. Hart’s only appearance this season was in the Champions League play-off second leg against Steaua Bucharest, which was seen as a farewell appearance with City leading 5-0 from the first leg. New boss Pep Guardiola wants a keeper who is more comfortable with the ball at his feet. Last week, Guardiola went ahead and signed Chile captain Claudio Bravo (in pic) for £13.5 million from Barcelona. The deal more or less sealed Hart’s fate.
