CHANDIGARH: Dera Sacha Sauda head Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh has now deecided to make a movie on Indian Army’s recent surgical strikes across the Line of Control (LoC) in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).

“I am going to start ‘MSG The Lionheart: Hind Ka NaPak Ko Jawab’. In the film, I will highlight the current situation of our country and answer even those who are asking to prove the surgical strike. Hopefully, we will complete the film within 25 days,” he said. In the title, the word ‘napak’ is an apparent play on Pakistan and also the words ‘pak’ (Urdu for pious) and ‘napak’ (sinister).

He shared the plan in response to a journalist’s query in Mumbai after the success bash of his third and latest movie, ‘MSG The Warrior: Lion Heart’, which has earned Rs 176 crore, according to dera spokesman Aditya Insan. Aditya said the dera head did not name any country as such.

The movie’s nationalistic flavour is a continuation of what the sect head has been portraying in his earlier movies. While the first two had this element in dialogues and songs, the one in theatres now portrays him as a “top secret agent” fighting for the country and the world.

“The film revolves around the terrorists and jawans (soldiers). It will also talk about the surgical strikes,” he said. The surgical strikes came after the September 18 cross-border terror attack on an army camp at Uri in Jammu and Kashmir, in which 19 Indian soldiers died. It is likely to release in the next quarter, the spokesman said.
