NO BIAS AGAINST JAT PROTESTERS OFLASTYEAR’S STIR, SAY POLICE
ROHTAK : Countering the claims of AIJASS chief Yashpal Malik about police bias against Jat protesters , the district police authorities have claimed that fair and unbiased probe was conducted with regard to the loot and arson cases in connection with last year’s February quota stir .
Malik had on Friday levelled allegations that different parameters were being adopted in dealing with cases registered against non-Jats and police showed leniency in booking them.
Countering specific examples cited by Malik, the police on Saturday refuted the allegations and said their doors were open for re-investigation cases wherein people felt any grievances.
