Bride decamps with ₹2.5L jewellery on wedding night

KANPUR: A newly-wed woman in Kanpur’s Sarojini Nagar allegedly made off with nearly ₹2.5 lakh worth of jewellery from her husband’s house on the first night of wedding, police said. Shyambabu married the 26year-old woman from Devariya on February 23.
