HITANDRUN: 2 DIE IN TARN TARAN

Two persons were killed after an unidentified vehicle hit their motorcycle on the Amritsar-Khemkaran road near Chabhal village on Monday night. The victims, identified as Harjit Singh, 50, and Rajwinder Singh, 35, worked as a mason and a labourer, respectively. They were on their way home to Aima Kalan village around 8:30pm, when a vehicle hit them, killing them on the spot. The unidentified vehicle driver fled the scene. Police have initiated a search for the vehicle.
