7 HURT IN CLASH OVER GURDWARA CONTROL

At least seven persons were injured in clash between two factions over control of gurdwara management committee at Gidder village near on Tuesday. The two factions resorted to stone pelting and use of sticks. Nathana police station SHO inspector Angrej Singh said a case under sections 308 (attempt to commit culpable homicide) and 323 (voluntary causing hurt) of the IPC has been registered against 14 persons of one faction while statement of the injured is yet to be recorded.”
