VALLEY UNREST: DELAY SUICIDAL

Apropos the editorial, ‘In Kashmir, there is no magic bullet’, be it the peaceful people of Gujarat or the agitators and radicals of Kashmir, handling human beings is an art, suffused with the knack and skill of understanding the psyche behind these minds. Short-term gains have landed J&K in long-term miseries, as both the PDP and the BJP have different ideologies. To earn brownie points by showing firsttime presence in J&K, the BJP played the trump card of ultrapolarisation that failed. Today, almost everyone in the Valley is pro-freedom and pro-Pakistan.
