Speaker Rana KP Singh is not sure what AAP legislator Baljinder Kaur is. He referred to her as Dr Baljinder Kaur. He then referred to her as professor and then again as doctor, while asking her to sit down as her time was up. She is a professor, sir! Used to saying “baitho, baitho” , the speaker also told MLAs Inderbir Bolaria and Balwinder Bains to sit down.
