2 held with 85 boxes of smuggled liquor

Police have arrested two persons under the Excise Act and recovered 85 boxes of the country-made liquor, reportedly smuggled from Haryana. The accused have been identified as Chamkaur Singh from Lelewala and Karanveer Singh from Talwandi Sabo. Two of their accomplices Mukhwinder Singh from Balianwali and Mandeep Singh from Kalalwala village are yet to be nabbed. The accused were nabbed while they were transporting liquor in a car.
