GIVE CAPT TIME TO DELIVER

The Punjab government says it is short of funds yet it wastes public money by creating a new district instead of improving amenities in towns. Potable water, a sewerage system, roads, health facilities, education are issues that need urgent attention. Politicians circumvent rules to allow the sale of alcohol at unauthorised places.
