SCHOOL TIMINGS TO CHANGE FROM OCTOBER 1

Due to onset of winter, the education department has decided to change timings of all government, private aided, and recognised schools from October 1, which comes into effect later as the first two days are holidays. Paramjit Singh, DPI, secondary, said primary schools will run from 9am to 3pm, and middle, high and senior secondary schools from 9am to 3.20pm.
