‘BJP will win with absolute majority’

MANDI: Addressing a rally at Majhawad village of Man di Sadar assembly here on Thursday, Union home minister Rajnath Singhsaidt hat the country has a strong central government and that the Do kl am issue with China would not have been resolved had the government been weak.

“Our neighbouri­ng country (Pakistan) keeps violating the cease fire but the border security forces have been instructed that if one bullet is fired from the Pakistan side, bullets without count should be fired in retaliatio­n,” Singh said.

Saying that demonetisa­tion helped in curbing black money which was being used to spread terror in the country, Rajnath said ,“Now, the number oft erroris tandn ax a lite attacks have gone down.”

The Home minister said that Himachal has immense tourist potential and it requires to be promoted. He added that the Centre is spending ₹200 crore todevelop the tourist circuit in the state while ₹22 crore is being spent on Mandi city’s beautifica­tion.
