Division of assets listed under Schedule IX and X between Telangana and AP Release of ~16,447 crore till 2020 as Special Assistance Measure in lieu of special category status to AP Reimbursement of ~3,451 crore spent on Polavaram project so far and approval of the revised project cost of ~58,000 crore Release of balance amount of nearly ~12,000 crore to offset revenue deficit of ~16,078 crore Establishment of a new Railway Zone in Visakhapatnam as per the Act Establishment of cracker and petroleum complex at Kakinada, as promised in the Act
Liberal financial support to the construction of capital on par with other Metros. The Centre has released ~2,500 cr so far Establishment of Central University in Anantapur and Tribal University in Vizianagaram Against the estimated cost of ~11,673 crores for setting up of the nine other institutions sanctioned, the Centre has so far released around ~421 crores only. Release the balance amount Establishment of new major port at Duggirajapatnam in Nellore Other promises made in Schedule-xiii of the Act like establishment of Integrated Steel Plant at Kadapa, establishment of Vizag-chennai Industrial Corridor, establishment of Rapid Road & Rail Connectivity from New Capital and Metro Rail Facility in Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada, also need to be fulfilled.
