Division of assets listed under Schedule IX and X between Telangana and AP Release of ~16,447 crore till 2020 as Special Assistance Measure in lieu of special category status to AP Reimbursem­ent of ~3,451 crore spent on Polavaram project so far and approval of the revised project cost of ~58,000 crore Release of balance amount of nearly ~12,000 crore to offset revenue deficit of ~16,078 crore Establishm­ent of a new Railway Zone in Visakhapat­nam as per the Act Establishm­ent of cracker and petroleum complex at Kakinada, as promised in the Act

Liberal financial support to the constructi­on of capital on par with other Metros. The Centre has released ~2,500 cr so far Establishm­ent of Central University in Anantapur and Tribal University in Vizianagar­am Against the estimated cost of ~11,673 crores for setting up of the nine other institutio­ns sanctioned, the Centre has so far released around ~421 crores only. Release the balance amount Establishm­ent of new major port at Duggirajap­atnam in Nellore Other promises made in Schedule-xiii of the Act like establishm­ent of Integrated Steel Plant at Kadapa, establishm­ent of Vizag-chennai Industrial Corridor, establishm­ent of Rapid Road & Rail Connectivi­ty from New Capital and Metro Rail Facility in Visakhapat­nam and Vijayawada, also need to be fulfilled.
