MCG holds workshop on vaccination campaign

GURGAON: The Gurugram MC organised a workshop on ‘measlesrubella virus vaccine’ campaign at its office in Sector 34 on Monday. The workshop was conducted in the presence of WHO officials, health department officials and MC councillors. The WHO experts informed them about the symptoms and remedies of rubella and measles in the workshop chaired by mayor Madhu Azad. WHO officials said during the workshop that measles is a life-threatening illness and is one of the major causes of disability in children.
