DYSFUNCTIONAL PARLIAMENT A WASTE OF RESOURCES

Hardly a day passes by without major disruptions and adjournments in Parliament. Do MPS mark their presence only to draw allowances? There is no serious or informed debate on critical issues and bills. Do we really need a Parliament that is dysfunctional and does not transact any worthwhile business?
