Kejriwal to hold roadshow from Jhajjar to Bhiwani on Mar 31
ROADSHOW WILL START FROM BAHADURGARH AND CULMINATE AT AAP CHIEF’S HOMETOWN SIWANI, SAYS JAIHIND
CHANDIGARH: After addressing a rally in Hisar on March 25, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal will hold a roadshow from Bahadurgarh (Jhajjar district)) to his hometown Siwani (Bhiwani) on March 31, party state president Naveen Jaihind said on Tuesday.
Talking to mediapersons here, Jaihind said that in his roadshow, kejriwal will thank the people for their participation in the Hisar rally, which was named as ‘Haryana Bachao rally’ (Save Haryana rally), and call upon them to now ‘Badlo Haryana’ (Change Haryana).
Stating that AAP had decided to fight both Lok Sabha and assembly polls in state, he said shortlisting of candidates having clean image was currently on.
To a query, he claimed that unlike poor response of people to recent rallies held by rival parties — Congress and BJP — AAP was getting an encouraging response of the people of Haryana as there was a political vacuum in the state with people feeling cheated by these parties.
To another question, he rubbished charges that some people were given money in lieu of coming to AAP rally and said he would soon bring out facts how fake news was spread by the BJP government. He also said that AAP would distribute sweets on April 1in all districts of Haryana to thank the people for their participation in the Hisar rally and March 31 roadshow.
