ROHTAK : Rohtak MP Deepender Hooda on Sunday attacked the government over the alleged cash-for-job racket in Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC).

Addressing party activists at a workers’ meeting in Jind’s Safidon, Deepender said the rot within the government has been exposed and people have lost all hope from it.

“Anyway, jobs have dried up under the BJP government. And, when the government does bring out some vacancies, the jobs get lost in corruption,” he said.

Deepender said the BJP had made tall promises to mislead the youth of the state and the country, but the hollowness of their promises and bankruptcy of their ideas has been exposed before the youth.

“They said they would bring back black money stashed abroad. They promised that two crore jobs would be created every year for the youth and an unemployment allowance of Rs 9,000 would be given to youth who do not get a job. But on the ground, there has been a massive loss of jobs due to this government’s wrong policies,” he said.

Calling the BJP a party of intellectually bankrupt, the Rohtak MP said thoughtless and directionless policies of the governments at the Centre and in the state have brought down Haryana from the number one position to zero. “We took the state forward through our ideas, policies and hard work. This government has pushed back the state to where it was a decade ago,” he said.
