What is happiness? Is it in buying the latest phone? Or is it in drinking and partying hard? Or in shopping or going out? What will make me happy? Often we try such things to gain happiness in our life but these are always temporary.

The moment I bought that gadget or I am back from a party or from shopping or an outing, I am back to my agony, the same stressful life. Then how can I be happy? What should I do to attain eternal happiness? Such are the thoughts in everyone’s mind in this contemporary world. Almost everyone is embarking on the same journey, a stressful job, an impossible boss, disturbed personal life resulting in the same struggle... the struggle to become happy.

Ironically, we can’t find happiness outside as it flows from within. A happy person finds happiness everywhere and an upset mind finds everything passive and full of agony only to discover a million reasons to cry. The expenditure for happiness needs to start from self-analysis. What is causing the unhappiness? Why do I feel unhappy? By finding the answers to these questions will pave the path of eternal happiness.

The next step is eradication of such issues. If any problem is causing unhappiness, it needs to be addressed on an immediate basis. Following this will make the inner happiness flow outside and the whole world will add to your happiness.
