LUCKNOW: Communist Party of India (Marxist) general secretary Sitaram Yechury Tuesday accused the Narendra Modi government of tampering with the system by trying to appoint joint secretary-level officers through lateral entry. “This will be quite dangerous if the Modi government uses the lateral entry as an opportunity to bring Rss-minded people in the administration,” he said at a press conference after a meeting with party leaders.
