MAN KILLS WIFE’S ‘LOVER’ IN MUKTSAR

MUKTSAR: Suspecting infidelity, a man shot at his wife and an ex-sarpanch in Muktsar on Tuesday. Jaswinder Singh of Singhewala fired shots at Harjinder Singh, former sarpanch of Fatuhiwala village suspecting that he had extramarital affair with his wife. He died on the spot. Later, he also fired shots at his wife, who was rushed to a hospital in Bathinda. The accused fled after the incident. Lambi SHO Dharmpal Singh said: “We have booked the accused on the complaint of Satwinder Singh, brother of the deceased.”
