IMPROVE TRAINING PROCESS OF BABUS
The decision to reserve ten positions in senior bureaucracy for experts is a positive surprise. We certainly need a paradigm shift in the bureaucratic working process, but we require the same shift in the political circle as well. The government is quick to offer upper and lower house seats to eminent personalities, but portfolios do not match experience. Smriti Irani has got a feel of three ministries in four years. We must engage budding civil servants in training instead of entangling them in unnecessary paper work.
