No new government comes prepared. But what is bothering is that they are not even willing to learn anything. BHUPINDER HOODA, former CM

ROHTAK: Former Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Wednesday slammed the BJP government, calling it inexperienced and still unwilling to learn how to perform its duties.

Talking to the media at the Rohtak press club, the former CM said the BJP has not brought any major project to the state and had wasted “all the money” on organising events.

“It is not wrong that they are inexperienced. No new government comes prepared. But what is bothering is that they are not even willing to learn. They have not set up any power plant, university or medical college. Instead, they have pushed Haryana backwards and offer rhetoric in their replies to important issues. I governed Haryana for 10 years and never had to call the army. This government has called the army twice within four years,” Hooda said.

The former CM said the BJP was wasting all the money in organising events that are not yielding any returns for Haryana.

“It was for the first time that any government bore ticket and hotel expenses of NRIS for Pravasi Divas. Many of them told me that they have come just for sightseeing. How will the investment come then?” Hooda asked.

Taking a dig at the BJP, Hooda said the party should rename itself to Bahut Jhuthi Party (party of big liars). “BJP leaders start their day with lies and can’t sleep at night till they have propagated enough lies,” he added.
