Haryana: 26 IPS, 4 HPS officers shifted

CHANDIGARH:IN a major revamp of the state police machinery, the Manohar Lal Khattar government in Haryana on Thursday transferred 26 IPS and four HPS officers with immediate effect.

Hanif Qureshi, inspector general (IG), security, was posted as IG, IRB, Bhondsi, in place of CS Rao who went as IG, Haryana Armed Police (HAP), Madhuban.

M Ravi Kiran, IG, prisons, was posted as IG, administration, at police headquarter (HQ) and Saurabh Singh, IG, state crime branch (SCB) was shifted as IG, security, while he would also serve as the IG, special task force, (STF), Gurugram.

Rajshree Singh, IG, State Crime Branch (SCB) was given additional charge of IG, national highway, (NH) traffic. Satender Kumar Gupta, SP-CUM-DIG, Sonepat, was posted DIG, CID in place of Y Puran Kumar, who went as DIG, prisons.

Nazneen Bhasin, SP, Nuh, was posted as commandant, 4th IRB, Manesar, in place of Kulvinder Singh, who went as DCP, (HQ), Gurugram. Bhasin would also be the SP, Nuh.

Ashok Kumar, commandant, 1st Battalion, HAP, Ambala, was posted SP, Ambala in place of Abhishek Jorwal, who went as DCP, Panchkula in place of Rajender Kumar Meena, who went as Commandant, 1st Battalion, HAP, Ambala.

Hamid Akhtar, SP, Sirsa was posted AIG, administration and would also be the SP, Sirsa. Sulochana Kumari, DCP, traffic, Gurugram was given additional charge of DCP, east, Gurugram in place of Kuldeep Singh, who went as SP at Yamunanagar.

Sangeeta Rani, commandant, 1st IRB, Bhondsi, was given additional charge of SP, SCB while Manisha Chaudhary was posted SP, crime against women police (HQ), Panchkula.

Pratiksha Godara was posted SP, Sonepat while Deepak Gahlawat got the charge of SP, law and order, in place of Sumer Partap Singh, who went as SP, HPA, Madhuban with additional charge of SP, NH traffic, Karnal.

Lokender Singh was given additional charge of DCP, traffic, Faridabad, in place of Virender Vij, who went as SP, Hansi. Rajesh Kumar was been posted DCP, Manesar.

Shiv Charan was posted SP, Hisar, whereas Surinder Pal Singh, superintendent of police, SCB was posted as SP, Kurukshetra, in place of Abhishek Garg, who proceeded on leave. Dheeraj Setia, SP, CM flying squad (CID) was posted SP, railways. Among four HPS officers, Kamaldeep Goyal was posted SP, CMFS (CID), Mohinder Kumar was posted SP, Haryana, Vidyut Prasaran Nigam, Vinod Kumar as SP, Narnaul and Rajesh Kumar was posted as DCP, Ballabgarh.
