This is why LPU has invested its resources towards ensuring a strong startup promoting environment on campus which includes provision of Rs 20,000/- seed money to every student enrolled in their start up programmes. This seed money shall allow students to nurture bright ideas and turn them into workable propositions which are both profitable as well as sustainable. A wide variety of application for this seed money includes app development as well as software or program development which can eventually be run commercially. Additionally, the university is always on the lookout for some brilliant ideas with grant money for the sum of 2 lakh to 5 lakh rupees to help next gen entrepreneurs
grow their start up ideas along with their ideas.
PARTICIPATION IN BOOTCAMPS/CODEFESTS
Students would participate in numerous short term, intense training sessions designed to prepare students for practical applications. Students will also participate in various national and international competitions like code festivals and boot camps.
