Govt committed to eliminating corruption: Gurjar
KURUKSHETRA: Union minister of state for social justice and empowerment Krishan Pal Gurjar has said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar are committed to eradicate corruption from government departments.
Gurjar, who was addressing a gathering here, said both Centre and state governments have taken several steps to eliminate corruption and provide better governance to the people.
The union minister also praised the Centre for the implementation of Pradhanmantri Fasal Bima Yojana and said that the scheme will provide a big relief to the farmers. On this occasion Gurjar also announced a grant of ₹11 lakh for the Gurjar dharamshala.
