Centre releases ₹19 cr for Kurukshetra tourism project

CHANDIGARH: The Centre has sanctioned a financial assistance of about ₹97.35 crore for development of tourism infrastructure at places related to Mahabharata in Kurukshetra under the Krishna Circuit Swadesh Darshan scheme, chief minister manohar Lal Khattar said on Thursday. He said the central government had released its first installment of about ₹19.47 crore.
