19 IAS officers shifted in Haryana
CHANDIGARH: The Haryana government on Wednesday shifted 19 IAS officers, including several principal secretaries, with immediate effect.
Rajan Kumar Gupta, additional chief secretary (ACS), health, was posted as ACS, sainik and ardh-sainik welfare department, in place of Raja Sekhar Vundru and ACS, secretary, printing and stationery department in place of S K Gulati.
Gulati was posted as ACS, forests and wild life department, vice Roop Ram Jowel, who was posted as ACS, social justice and empowerment department in place of Amit Jha.
Devender Singh, principal secretary, industries and commerce, electronics and information technology, was posted as principal secretary, electronics and information technology and civil aviation departments.
Trilok Chand Gupta, principal secretary, monitoring and coordination, and works related to implementation of chief minister’s announcements was posted as principal secretary, skill development and industrial training and employment departments, relieving AK Singh and principal secretary, Haryana governance reforms authority and principal secretary, administrative reforms department.
Amit Jha, principal secretary, social justice and empowerment, was posted as principal secretary, health department and CEO, Haryana Saraswati heritage board.
Sudhir Rajpal, managing director (MD), Haryana state industrial infrastructural development corporation and MD, Haryana financial corporation, was posted as principal secretary, industries and commerce department, relieving Devender Singh.
Raja Sekhar Vundru, principal secretary, Haryana sainik and ardh-sainik welfare department, was posted as MD, Haryana state industrial infrastructural development corporation and MD, Haryana financial corporation vice Sudir Rajpal.
Pradeep Kasni, MD, Haryana Land Reclamation Development Corporation, was posted as chief executive, Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board in place of Garima Mittal, who went as director, elementary education and additional secretary, school education department, relieving SS Phulia of the said charge.
Amneet P Kumar, secretary, secretariat establishment and finance department was given the additional charge of Mission Director, national health mission, relieving Saket Kumar.
TL Satyaprakash, director and special secretary, town and country planning, public relations, cultural affairs, languages and grievances departments was given the additional charge of director and special secretary, science and technology department vice Rajeev Ratan.
Ashok Sangwan, director and special secretary, industries and commerce department, advisor and special secretary, civil aviation department was given the additional charge of director and special secretary, mines and geology department against vacant posts.
Shekhar Vidyarthi, director and special secretary, urban local bodies department, mission director, state urban livelihood mission and state urban development authority, director and special secretary, environment department was given the additional charge of chief administrator, housing board relieving Brijendra Singh.
Vivek Atray, special secretary, Haryana monitoring and coordination department was given the additional charge of director and special secretary, arts and cultural affairs department relieving TL Satyaprakash of the said charge.
G Ganesan, chief administrator, Haryana state agricultural marketing board was given the additional charge of MD, Haryana land reclamation development corporation in place of Pardeep Kasni. Rajiv Rattan, director and special secretary, science and technology department was posted as director and special secretary, secondary education department against a vacant post.
Vinay Pratap Singh, ADCcum-CEO, DRDA, Gurugram, special officer for implementation of smart grid project by Haryana power utilities was given the additional charge of additional labour commissioner, Gurugram and Munish Sharma, subdivisional magistrate (SDM), Loharu, was posted as SDM, Hathin against a vacant post.
