CHANDIGARH: Haryana Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Subhash Barala on Monday cautioned party’s state legislators against publicly disagreeing with the state government or chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar. He said if they would not refrain from “dissent”, the party would take disciplinary action against them.

About a dozen MLAs, including Gurugram MLA Umesh Aggarwal, have been vocal against the state government and CM’s working.

When asked about Aggarwal’s repeated remarks, Barala, who was interacting with mediapersons here, did not name anyone but said the party would not hesitate to take action against whichever MLA publicly flays the government or CM.

Barala said some MLAs had some personal demands and he would talk to them about these, but if they did not refrain from dissenting, the party would take action against them.

Barala said the state government was ensuring development of the entire state and not any specific area or region. SOME PARTY LEADERS HAND IN GLOVE WITH REALTOR: AGGARWAL Gurugram MLA Umesh Aggarwal on Monday again issued a statement decrying the state government’s failure to protect the interests of investors of a real estate company in Gurugram.

Stating the company had neither given flats to investors nor refunded their money, Aggarwal said about 50,000 investors who had invested in flats in 2012 were now running from pillar to post for justice. He said chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar too had repeatedly assured them justice, but to no avail. Aggarwal went on to allege that some BJP leaders were hand in glove with the company management. Demanding an inquiry into it, the Gurugram MLA also accused police of laxity in the case.
