Kohli rues RCB’s lack of intensity after another loss

BANGALORE: Virat Kohli has rued a lack of intent by the Royal Challenger­s Bangalore after they suffered a seven-wicket loss against the Gujarat Lions on Thursday.The RCB skipper said: “We were not clinical. You have to come out and play with intent. You need some luck going. The only way you can come out of it is by playing positive cricket.

“We should enjoy. We are putting too much of pressure on ourselves. Individual­s have to take responsibi­lity. It should not be the same two-three guys performing all the time.”

DDCA EMPLOYEE DIES, COLLEAGUES THREATEN NEWDELHI:Hours after a case was registered against him for allegedly stealing a television set from the Ferozeshah Kotla Stadium, a 45-year-old DDCA employee died of heart attack at his house. Ratan Singh, who worked as a dressing room caretaker, was seen in CCTV footage allegedly stealing an LED TV set from the match referee’s room. The employees have threatened to take DDCA officials, especially administra­tor Vikramjit Sen, to court.
