MURDERS WERE FALLOUT OF A FINANCIAL DISPUTE BETWEEN ONE OF THE ACCUSED AND A FARM MANAGER

GURGAON: Three persons were arrested by the Gurgaon police for the triple murder of three caretakers at a farmhouse in Kharoda village of Sohna Tehsil.

The police said the murders were fallout of a financial dispute between one of the accused and the present manager of the farm.

The accused were identified as Dalip, resident of Firozabad, Raj Kumar resident of Etawah, and Lalit resident of Kanpur all from UP.

As per the police, the complainant Satbir Singh, who has leased the farm had given a loan to one of the accused and as the money had not been repaid, he had taken the grass carpeting machine that belonged to the borrower.

This decision by Singh, however, had enraged the accused and he had been asking for the return of the equipment several times.

On Friday evening, the accused along with his two accomplices came to the farm house and they forcibly tried to take the grass carpeting machine but one of the victims refused it vehemently.

This angered the three assailants who then decided to kill all the occupants of the farmhouse and decamp with two grass carpeting machines and other house hold items.

The deceased were identified as Dharambir, 50 , Mohit, 20, Alluadin Khan, 55.

A case of murder was registered at Sohna Sadar police station in connection with the murder.

The farmhouse where the murder took place belongs to a lawyer in Badshahpur. An official of Gurgaon police said the accused were arrested after sustained technical and human surveillance.
