Apropos the news story ‘Cong says Bhagwat must apologise for ‘insulting’ the army’ (HT, February 13), the RSS chief has gone to the extent of saying that they can raise their own force faster than the Indian Army. His remark goes against the Indian Army, which is known for its bravery and competence besides hurting the sentiments of millions of Indians across the globe. Such irresponsi­ble comments go against our soldiers, who are out there to protect our borders and are shedding their blood for the nation. Ramesh K Dhiman,
