Heartiest congratulations to the HT family on the occasion of the 18th anniversary of its Chandigarh edition. The newspaper has set a benchmark in editorial excellence within a short period. It has the distinction of being a venerable national newspaper with a distinct regional flavour. Editorial innovation and unbiased reportage are its unique features.
