Medical college publishes distorted map of India

KATIHAR (BIHAR): An FIR was lodged on Sunday against Katihar Medical College (KMC) in Bihar for allegedly publishing a prospectus featuring a distorted map of India with parts of Kashmir missing, police said. The incident triggered sharp reactions from the ruling BJP-JD(U) alliance, which termed it an act of sedition. “An FIR has been lodged against the college management at Mufassil police station following the DM’S order. Probe is on,” said Katihar SDO Neeraj Kumar.
