IMPLEMENT 2003 TRUCE BETWEEN INDIA, PAK

The exchange of mortar and artillery fire between India and Pakistani armies on the international border in Jammu and Kashmir is causing untold misery for people living there. The 2003 ceasefire agreement must be implemented , if we want to ensure peace on the border.
