HDFC Bank shares close at record high
MUMBAI: HDFC Bank shares closed at a record high with the biggest intraday gain since July 2017 on Thursday, after Macquarie Capital Securities (India) Pvt. Ltd said that foreign institutional investors (FIIS) are considering to buy over $1 billion of the bank’s stocks when the trading window opens for a day on Friday. HDFC Bank shares rose 5% to a record high of ₹2,150 on BSE, before closing at ₹2,136, up 4.36%.
