WOMAN IN LANGAH CASE SHOULD BE BOOKED

The acquittal of former Akali minister Sucha Singh Langah in the rape case raises serious questions on the credibilit­y of complaints. Langah was booked on the complaint of a woman constable who had alleged that he had been raping her since 2009. However, the case fell flat when she turned hostile during the court trial. This amounts to mockery of our judicial system. She should be booked for abusing the law.
