KARNAL : The Jan Adhikar Yatra (JAY) of the INLD-BSP alliance will reach out every assembly constituency of the state to aware the people about wrongdoings of the BJP government at the Centre and state, the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) leader Abhay Chautala said.

Chautala while leading the JYD in Karnal on Thursday said that the yatra launched from Kurukshetra on December 1 has so far covered 21 assembly segments.

It will end after a state level rally in Hansi of Hisar on February 17, he added.

He said that the yatra was getting good response in both rural and urban areas and this reflects anger among people against the BJP’S misrule.

“The only motive behind this yatra was to expose the BJP government’s anti-people decision and wrongdoings of the previous Congress government in the state,” he said.

Accompanied by the Bahujan Samaj Party’s state president Parkash Bharti, Abhay was with workers and leaders of INLD-BSP alliance in a specially designed vehicle. The vehicle was covered with the pictures of Bhim Rao Ambedkar, INLD founder late Devi Lal, BSP founder late Kanshi Ram, former Haryana chief minister OP Chautala and BSP supremo Mayawati.

Abhay also interacted with the party workers and asked them to work on ground to strengthen the party.

Abhay said that the INLDBSP alliance will announce its candidate on January 9 and claimed that they would win this bypolls as people of Jind have an old association with INLD supremo OP Chautala.

The yatra launched from Kurukshetra has so far covered 21 assembly segments and is getting good response from people. It will end after a state level rally in Hansi on February 17.
