GAIND TAKES CHARGE AS PATIALA DIV COMMISSIONER

PATIALA: Chandra Gaind, a 2004-batch IAS officer, assumed charge as divisional commissioner, Patiala on Friday. He was earlier serving as secretary animal husbandry, dairy development and fisheries department. After assuming office, Gaind held a meeting with DC and other officials on implementing policies and programmes.
