It is clear that the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) starts slow, builds up momentum, rises to a peak, then starts plateauing, and finally falls. This is more or less true for every country in Europe. It is true for Italy, France, Spain, and Germany. And, within every country, it is true for every region.
