SC RECOMMENDS APPOINTMENT AS PERMANENT JUDGES OF SEVEN

CHANDIGARH : The Supreme

Court has recommended permanent appointment of seven Punjab and Haryana high court judges. In a resolution passed on July 14, the Supreme Court collegium recommended that justices Manjari Nehru Kaul, Harsimran Singh Sethi, Arun Monga and Manoj Bajaj, working as additional judges since October 2018 be appointed as permanent judges. Three more are justices Lalit Batra and Arun Kumar Tyagi, appointed in November 2018 and Harnaresh Singh Gill, appointed in December 2018.
