ADVANCED WOUND-CARE CENTRE OPENS IN AMRITSAR

AMRITSAR: An advanced ‘wound care centre’ was inaugurated at SGPC-RUN Sri Guru Ram Das (SGRD) Charitable Hospital, Amritsar, on Wednesday. Dean of SGRD Dr AP Singh said the state-of-the-art centre will provide affordable treatment for diabetic foot ulcer, bed sore, lymphedema, leg ulcers, etc. Noted orthopedician Dr Hardas Singh was the chief guest on the occasion. “Our centre is now the leading care provider for all types of head and neck surgeries and reconstructions. Complete breast cancer management, especially oncoplastic surgery, breast conservation surgeries, breast reconstruction and aesthetic breast procedures are being conducted on a regular basis,” Dr AP Singh said.
