2 HELD WITH HEROIN, ₹3L DRUG MONEY

KAPURTHALA: The district police have arrested two drug peddlers with 25gm heroin and ₹3 lakh drug money on Saturday. Raman Kumar and Gagan Kumar of Ludhiana used to smuggle drugs into Punjab from other states, said the police. The car-borne drug peddlers were nabbed at a checkpoint near Gurdwara Subhanpur. A case under the NDPS Act was registered.
