AIR INDIA’S UNJUST CALL

Air India has unilaterally altered service conditions of its employees and imposed forced compulsory leave without pay. This neither addresses the problem of redundancy nor financial efficiency, but just abandons the employee. This is also a violation of labour laws and the draconian rule must be withdrawn.
