Black-and-white challenge for women empowerment
Right from Ananya Panday, Tara Sutaria and Sonam K Ahuja to Bhumi Pednekar and Bipasha Basu Singh Grover, Instagram is abuzz with black-and-white pictures of celebs, with the words “challenge accepted”. Some also wrote, “Strong women lift up each other”, suggesting that this challenge is all about positivity.
Zareen Khan tells us, “In a world where women are always taught to take/see each other as competition and create insecurities among themselves, this challenge is all about spreading positivity and supporting each other.”
Echoing the same, Sophie Choudry adds, “At a time like this, we are all finding ways to connect with each other. Social media can be such a toxic place, so it’s lovely when we can turn it into something so beautiful and positive.”
