MOBILE APP LAUNCHED

CHANDIGARH: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited’s Punjab Telecom Electrical Circle launched a Bharat Oorja mobile app on Saturday for monitoring and validation of electricity bills amounting to ₹100 crore per annum of around 2,800 exchanges. The app was launched by chief general manager of Punjab Telecom Sandeep Diwan. This is first such app in the country and was the initiative of Vivek Banzal, director (CFA), BSNL Board.
