BJP for CBI probe

CHANDIGARH: The Punjab unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Friday demanded a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) inquiry into the illicit liquor deaths tragedy from Union minister of state for home, J Krishna Reddy, through a memorandum submitted via virtual conference. The core group led by state BJP chief Ashwani Sharma accused the Congress government of hushing up probe into the matter.
