INFLATED POWER BILLS

The Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd (PSPCL) is sending incorrect bills to thousands of consumers, either without taking the actual reading or with wrong readings, leading to a lot of harassment. A lot of these customers, most of whom are senior citizens, crowd the congested PSPCL offices for necessary corrections. In a pandemic, this is akin to playing with their lives.
