4 OF FAMILY HELD FOR PUSHING GIRL INTO FLESH TRADE

KARNAL: Four members of a 17-year-old girl’s family were held for allegedly forcing her into flesh trade and extorting money from people by threatening them with fake rape cases. The accused include the minor’s father, two uncles and a cousin. Her father had filed a complaint on June 15, accusing a resident of Azad Nagar of kidnapping her on the pretext of marriage. It later came to the fore that the girl was sent there by her father and relatives.
